How to access and view your reports in Brilliance.
In this video, I'm gonna show you how to view your reports. So as an employee of Main Street boutique, I can see two different reports about myself. I can see my report cards, and I can see my certifications.
So you can either access them from the quick links right here or head on up to your menu to access both your report card and your certification. So let's start with our report card.
The report card will show you the retail sales academy first here, and you can see how many how much training process I've done, how many lessons I've completed, and check out all this stuff down below. So you can see which day you completed the work, what your score was on the quizzes, how many times you past this lesson, if you've done it multiple times, and you can do that for every single one of the steps in the retail sales academy. Now let's say you wanna find out what training you've done in another course. Just click this change course button up at the top and select your additional courses. So we're gonna look at the retail mastery system next. So in my retail mastery system, I've only completed one lesson so far, and you can see that that was completed today and the time the score I got on my quiz. You can tell that I have not done my next lesson in this yet.
But this is a really easy way to check out your report cards and see how much training progress you've made. After you've checked out your training project, progress, you can also go and look at your certifications.
Certification are a really great way to see how far you've gotten with your training. And you can see here that I've already earned one certificate.
Now if I clicked on my certificate, it would load another window and I'd be able to print this. So if you ever want to print your certificate to hang it on the wall, to share it with any of your team members, or with any of your, family members at home, this is a really great way to do that.
