In this video tutorial, we'll show you how to navigate around your Brilliance Dashboard
In this video, you'll learn what's included in your Brilliance dashboard. So the quickest way to always return to your dashboard if that's where you wanna be to click on this link in the upper corner. No matter which page you're on, where you've gone in Brilliance, if you click this link, it will bring you directly back to your main dashboard page. So this is also where you'll end up as soon as you log in every time.
On your Brilliance dashboard, you'll start with your snapshot of your stores last week that gives you data over what's been happening in the last week. So you can see how many active people you have across all of your stores, how many courses you have in progress, the total number of lessons completed across all your stores, and the complete estimated training time. If you have any questions about what those things mean, make sure you hover over the, question mark there to get more information.
Once you scroll down, you'll see your quick links. That is a really great way to jump quickly to things you might want to do inside your Brilliance account. You'll also see in this area all your available courses. These are the courses that you have purchased and have available to you. My courses is what you'll see. Those are the courses that you have been assigned to do training on.
And also in the my course area is, of course, your ability to create your own custom course. Now, this will look like this, that you'll see this icon there until you've started editing your custom course. And once you've gone in and started editing your custom course, you'll begin to see it populate with your personalized logos, colors, and information.
If you scroll down a little farther, you'll run into your assignments so you can see which assignments you have upcoming and due and which things you've done. You can click this link to go to your view all assignments page. We spend more talking about your assignments in future support lessons.
You can also go to browse your catalog and review the full menu from your Brilliance dashboard page. So we'll spend more time talking again about the navigation and things like that in a future support course video. But those are your basics about what is covered on your dashboard, and this is the easiest quickest way to navigate around the the Brilliance platform.
