If someone leaves my company, what happens to their seat?

These are the steps to take to remove someone's seat in a course.

When someone is no longer with your company, you go to People Assigned and Remove their seat from a course. This will be reflected on your next monthly bill.

Please also make them Inactive so they are removed from Reports and no longer have access to Brilliance.
